MA OCR allows you to extract text from images using Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology. Follow the guide below to use the application effectively:
1: – Load an image by clicking on the image box. Choose an image file that contains the text you want to recognize. Common formats like JPEG, PNG, and GIF are supported.
2. Improve OCR accuracy by selecting the language of the text from the ‘Available Languages’ list. Choose the language that matches the content of your image.
3: – The recognized text will be displayed in the ‘Text Result’ box after OCR processing. Review and copy the extracted text for your use.
4. Click the ‘Recognize Text’ button to perform OCR on the displayed image.
Note: The progress bar indicates the status of the OCR process. Wait for completion before checking the text result. Larger images may take longer to process.
5. You can Extend language support by checking additional languages in the ‘Downloadable Languages’ list. The application will download the necessary language data.
6. You can simply close the application window to exit MA OCR. Any unsaved progress will be lost, so make sure to save the recognized text if needed.
